RETURN & REFUND
Allway offers an exclusive 14-Day no-reason return Policy. Any products you purchase at Allwaylife.com can be returned to us with no questions asked, starting from the date of delivery as confirmed by the delivery note.
If you would like to return your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do include your order information in the email please.
● Any returned item must be in its original package with all original contents undamaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
● For no-reason returns, the customer should pay for the return shipping cost. And a valid tracking number is required.
● A full refund will be issued after our warehouse receives the returned package and confirms its integrity after proper inspection.
● If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund without quality issues.
Return under Warranty
Products within warranty time enjoy free returns, exchange and repairing services. Invoice or purchase record must be presented to claim ALLWAY warranty.
● Allway will pay for the return shipping if the quality issues are confirmed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that it may take some time for you to receive the refund, which is subject to your bank’s processing time, which we have no control over. You may contact your bank for more information about the refund processing time.
